I'll go with Felon as the neighbor because they're more likely to leave you alone, because they don't have something personal against you!!
I have one on either side so it's kind of a trick question. The Felon doesn't like me because he found out I majored in Criminal Justice and the other neighbor I don't like (never did when he worked with my best friend) but he acts really nice to me all the time.
